Dear Charles Barrett,
I thought
you might be interested to hear of my Irish Gypsy Cob, Paddy. In January
2001 he became ill with COPD, probably as a result of exposure to strangles
and flax. All conventional remedies were tried - none made any improvement
whatever; in fact his condition got worse and worse until my vet had
run out of options. He got your 'phone number from Peggy Litton, I rang
you, got the COPD remedy and used it as instructed. You said Paddy would
be well by the end of the month....and he was! . The response to the
remedy was very sudden - one day he was coughing and wheezing, with
rapid shallow breathing, the next he looked and sounded normal. I saw
a vet from the same practice on the yard and asked him to sound Pad's
chest for me. He did so, looked bemused, and asked what I thought was
wrong with him. When I said he had bad COPD the response was "If
you hadn't told me, I wouldn't have known".
That was in
September 2001, and he has never coughed or wheezed since, and is capable
of a lot of hard work and very lively - too lively sometimes. This pony
had been so ill I thought we would have had to put him down.
Last summer
there was another epidemic of strangles - I got your strangles protection
remedy. He didn't contract strangles, nor did he start to cough again.
Thank you. Needless to say, I passed on your phone number to anyone
who has problems ...Edna Booth
Dear Charles,
Just to let you know that my cat Clyde is doing well. A big scab on
the end of his nose fell off a few days ago and he bled quite a bit.
The area is now looking fairly dry and his sneezing has lessened a great
deal. Very pleased with everything so far. Is there anything other information
you require, please do not hesitate to contact
-your treatment
worked, but funnily enough the flushes stopped completely 2 days after
I started using it. Haven't had a flush now in 3 weeks. Hopefully they
have gone for good.
Dear Mr Barrett,
This is just to let you know that I have been able to discontinue taking
the arthritis remedies - my shoulders, in particular are a lot better
and I am
grateful for your help.
There is a new coat
coming through all over it is quite fine and not as harsh as I would
like but a coat is coming, she has been a real terror with the other
dogs, just with 2 of the older males very snappy, but that has stopped
now.
Just
wanted to drop you a line to share our FANTASTIC news on Simba. He had
a routine check-up at the vets over the weekend and our vet,
Deborah, is absolutely 'gob smacked' with his results!
