We dispatch orders by standard post so you must endeavour to make sure your address is full and complete. You must also allow time for the delivery to arrive.

If you wish to receive your order via courier / express air mail then contact us directly to arrange such a delivery method.

If the order does not reach you in satisfactory condition then contact us within 14 days to see if we can send a replacement or in the event of extreme situations arrange a refund or a discount on your next purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for more information on your consumer rights.

Our #1 priority is making sure you can shop safely in our store and not have to worry about your personal information being passed on to a third party.We consider all information and data relating to our customers to be absolutely confidential. In practice, this means we do not under any circumstances release the home address, phone numbers or email addresses of customers to third parties . . . including other customers.

We do not collect and store customer data beyond the routine back-up of our customer database. Furthermore, customer data is not analyzed, used or maintained in any form of statistical record beyond sales records and the general statistical tracking of our website. This information is kept behind a firewall that requires a unique password for access and does not include any of your personal payment information, which is kept exclusively on the SSL Secure Server.

When you place an order, you will be notified through a confirmation email. That email will contain details of your order plus a unique Shopper ID but will not contain your credit card number. The credit card number is never in our possession. It is only used by our third-party credit card processor - Worlpay, through the use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) webpages.
